  LeBron James entered the National Basketball Association as the first pick in the 2003 NBA draft. He came directly from St. Vincent, St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio. Chris Bosh arrived fourth overall to the Toronto Raptors after one season at Georgia Tech. Dwyane Wade joined Miami fifth following three years at Marquette University where he reached the Final Four. Wade suffered a meniscus tear before that tournament and had it removed shortly after. LeBron James carried a reputation as a choker during that series. He won MVP awards in 2012 and 2013 while making All-NBA First Team all four seasons. The 2012 Finals saw Miami defeat Oklahoma City Thunder in five games. This marked James's first title at age 27 and Bosh's first championship.
