This phased strategy allowed the team to operate while meeting regulatory thresholds. The initial 13,333 limit forced delays in official league qualification status. Expansion efforts aimed to bridge the gap between current usage and future potential.

This geographic position places it in close proximity to the United States market. The facility supports multiple teams simultaneously through its multi-purpose design. Guns N' Roses played shows that attracted large regional audiences. Daddy Yankee, Karol G, Nicky Jam, Gloria Trevi, Megadeth, Los Bukis, and Alejandro Sanz all performed or were scheduled to perform. Rauw Alejandro was set to appear on the 10th of June 2023 before any cancellation occurred. These performances turned the football pitch into a concert hall for international stars.
