Fell's Five was written by John Rogers and illustrated primarily by Andrea Di Vito, along with Denis Medri, Horacio Domingues, and Juanan. The series ran 16 issues from August 2010 to February 2012.
Rick and Morty vs. Dungeons & Dragons is a four-issue crossover comic published in 2018 by IDW Publishing and Oni Press, co-written by Jim Zub and Patrick Rothfuss with art by Troy Little. The Deluxe Edition collecting both that series and its sequel was nominated for the 2022 Eisner Award for Best Graphic Album Reprint.
Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves - The Feast of the Moon is a 96-page graphic novel that serves as a prequel to the 2023 film. It was released on the 7th of March 2023, three weeks before the film opened, and was written by Jeremy Lambert and Ellen Boener.
Dark Horse Comics gained the Dungeons & Dragons comics license in 2025. Wizards of the Coast announced the change in July 2024, ending IDW's fourteen-year run with the property.
