TUDN combines the abbreviations TDN and UDN. The first two letters also spell the Spanish adjective "tu" (meaning "your"), so the name can be read as "Tu deportes network" or "Your sports network." The dual meaning was intentional, positioning the brand as belonging to the viewer.
The rebrand to TUDN took place on the 20th of July 2019. Univision announced the name change on the 7th of May 2019 alongside its partnership with Grupo Televisa.
TUDN broadcasts Liga MX home matches for a range of clubs across Univision, UniMás, TUDN, and ViX, as well as Liga MX Femenil.
