The Times of Israel publishes Arabic, French, Persian, and Hebrew editions. Editors rolled out an Arabic version on the 4th of February 2014 under Suha Halifa and a French edition followed on the 25th of February 2014 edited by Stephanie Bitan.
The press kit listed an audience of eight million unique monthly users for 2025 alongside 25 million visits and 75 million pageviews. Website ranking company Similarweb recorded 45 million visits in June 2025.
On the 2nd of November 2017 hackers in Turkey took down the website for three hours. They replaced the homepage with anti-Israel propaganda before Horovitz responded that they constantly work to improve security against relentless attacks.
Since 2016 The Times of Israel hosts websites of Jewish newspapers in several countries including New York's The Jewish Week and Britain's Jewish News. October 2019 marked when The Australian Jewish News became the seventh local partner.
