Olivia Harrison is an American author and film producer, and the widow of George Harrison of the Beatles. She met him while working at A&M Records, whose Dark Horse label distributed his music, and the two met in person in October 1974 and soon became romantically involved.
On the 30th of December 1999, an intruder broke into the couple's Friar Park home and stabbed George Harrison. Olivia fought the attacker off with a fireplace poker and a heavy table lamp until local police arrived and detained him.
