Norman Mark Reedus entered the world on the 6th of January 1969 in Hollywood, Florida. His father Ira Norman Reedus and mother Marianne Yarber raised him before their divorce split the household when he was young.
Reedus began playing Daryl Dixon in the AMC television series The Walking Dead starting in 2010. The character was not originally in the comic book series but created specifically for Reedus after his audition for Merle Dixon.
