Joey Ansah is a British actor, martial artist, stuntman, and director born on the 24th of November 1982 in Hackney, London. He is best known for playing Desh Bouksani in The Bourne Ultimatum (2007), for co-writing and directing Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist (2014), and for appearing in The Old Guard (2020).
Ansah studied Tae Kwon Do for four years while living in Ghana between the ages of ten and fifteen. That training underpins his stunt and fight work throughout his screen career.
The extended fight sequence between Ansah and Matt Damon in The Bourne Ultimatum (2007) brought him widespread attention.
