Chuck Blazer was an American soccer administrator who served on the FIFA Executive Committee from 1996 to 2013 and as CONCACAF general secretary from 1990 to 2011. He was also executive vice president of the U.S. Soccer Federation and played a central role in the successful bid to host the 1994 World Cup in the United States.
Blazer admitted to conspiring with other FIFA Executive Committee members to accept bribes connected to the selection of hosts for the 1998 and 2010 World Cups.
