Arnold Frank Hills was an English businessman, sportsman, philanthropist, and activist who lived from 1857 to 1927. In the summer of 1895, Hills and Dave Taylor co-founded Thames Ironworks F.C., which later became West Ham United. Hills financially supported the club until April 1900 and was its largest single shareholder, holding 1,100 of 4,000 shares.
